If it’s time for a service, there is only one place to go. Get down to CMH Toyota Umhlanga and book your vehicle with us at our express service bay.
To book an appointment at CMH Toyota Umhlanga, simply phone in advance and our express service advisor will help you to set up a date and time. Once you have booked, you need to make sure you arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment. Upon arrival, walk inside where you will meet our express service advisor and she will take the keys to your vehicle and take it to the workshop. The standard service time is only one hour but if you are having a major service done on your vehicle then it will take one and half hours.
If you would like to look at different vehicles that are for sale while your vehicle is being serviced, you are more than welcome to do so. Customers may also take a seat in our customer lounge while their vehicle is being serviced.
Once your vehicle has been serviced, it is sent to the wash bay where it gets a thorough clean and comes out shining and clean. Quantums are not included in the vehicle wash. When everything is done and the vehicle is ready to drive out, your vehicle will be parked in one of the express bay parking spaces for you to pick it up.
